If you are an operator of many PCs, You can work effective and efficient by controlling clients PC with realVNC. It is no problem if the number of PC only 0ne or two PCs, but how about hundreds PC. It is rather impossible to visit one trouble PC to another, except if the operator has more time and energy. By RealVNC PC remote, an operator can control multiple PC through PC server. This mean that it can save more time and energy.
Here are steps to use realVNC PC remote:
- To use this software, firstly an operator has to download the software realVNC. Just click on Next Button to get it freely. You also have another version. It is UltraVNC. Download ultraVNC. the difference of them are UltraVNC has more features but there are some of them that meet you with hard set up. Click on Download.
- If your decision is choosing RealVNC you have to download the server and viewer on your PC, meanwhile if you select UltraVNC there are some options that you an select
- Download viewer onto your PC that you want to use to control the other PC. While you able to download both, viewer and server you will get an extra measure of security by not installing them on any PC you don’t wish to be installed
- You control PC client if both, Server and client are connected with internet and for the first time you have to set security password. You can select on of security password have been provided
- Then Open your viewer and insert your PC client name or IP address. You can search the name by opening control panel and then choose system. Go to computer name tab. fine it under Full Computer name
- Click Ok and then You will be asked to insert the password you have set.
- Now you can control your client PC and If it does not work for you make sure that firewall doesn’t block it. Usually VNC uses port 5800.
