MRAM 10 Times Faster And Saver Of Energy Than RAM
MRAM (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory ) is a hardware that claimed as computer memory that has speed access until 10 times faster than RAM (Random Access Memory). Beside that this new kinds of memory also saver of energy than RAM. It can increase the data access by turning the magnetic pole flow by rolling the electrons.This technique is called spin-torque MRAM.
With the build pillars small size of 165 nano meters, will lead to variable magnetic fields on top of the layer will lead to the flow of electricity flows from bottom to top and will play the position of electrons.
