If you are going to make investment to IT business you may need to consider the following technology to press the investment budget. This is called as Virtual Machine Technology. With this way people can run different application or even different operating system which is should be in different machine. For example Mikrotik which is going to be used for bandwidth management.
There are some applications that allow us to install operating system and application inside. Two of them that we know are Parallels and VMWare. They are two application where you can own an virtual machine complete with memory and harddisck capacity that you can manage.
