Increasing Windows Vista Performance BY Activating Windows Ready Boost

This is the other tips to increase Windows Vista Performance by Activating Windows Ready Boost. Ready boost is a term that used by Microsoft in using USB thumb/flash drive to provide faster memory access in operating system and also can be used as additional RAM (Random Access Memory). Operating system that I mean is include Windows Vista. Ready Boost will increase it significantly.

To activate Ready Boost in Windows Vista you can follow steps below:

  1. Plug your USB Flash Drive
  2. Click Start
  3. Click My Computer
  4. Right Click on USB Drive in My Computer
  5. Select Ready Boost
  6. Select use this device
  7. Select USB space that will be used for RAM Usage vs. Storage

These are steps to activate ready Boost for increasing Windows Vista performance.
