How We Can Creat A zip Archive In Mac OS X
As we know that Apple just give good news for Mac users by releasing the new operating system called Mac X OS. The release was done when Apple developer which is familiar to be called WWDC (Worldwide Developer Conference) was few weeks ago. As the new user of this new operating system perhaps we don’t know some tips and tricks t run Mac S X, include how to make Zip archive.
Well here we are going to discuss the way to make Mac OS X Zip archive. As the other operating system when making zip archive the original file won’t be deleted and making a zip archive make the file smaller and more simple in the folder of our operating system. Here are some steps that we can do to make Zip archive in Max OS X.
To make it firstly we can go to finder than find which files are you hoping to be be archived. We can select to hold down the command to make the work to choose files faster. Then you are allowed to change the archive name based on your interesting. Wait for few seconds to complete the archive process. Here you can wait up to complete of you can cancel to make archive.
Then When the process is complete we will see statement states that the archiving process is complete. We can compare between file before archived and after archived that have different size. Archived file will have smaller size than unarchived file. Then the other way that we can do to archiving file is over command line, but we if you are not familiar with command line just do the process from finder
